How credits work in TraitLab Pro
Credits are used to invite members to your TraitLab Pro account. Each invitation uses one credit, regardless of which assessment types or options you select.
You can purchase as many credits as needed and add more credits anytime. Credits never expire, so you can buy them in advance and use them whenever convenient for your team.
How much do credits cost?
The price per credit decreases as you purchase more credits in a single transaction. This volume discount helps organizations save when inviting larger teams. The price decrease applies only to a single purchase — each separate purchase is priced independently based on the quantity in that order.

How to purchase credits
1. Sign in to your TraitLab Pro account at the sign in page.
2. Navigate to the Credits tab in the sidebar of your dashboard.

You may be prompted to confirm your email address. If so, check your email inbox for an email from TraitLab with a confirmation link.
3. Select the number of credits you want to purchase.
4. Enter your payment information.
5. View your updated credit count.
